Payments

Payment is accepted using Afterpay, ZipPay, Humm, Laybuy, PayPal, Credit Card or Direct Bank Deposit. 

Shipping

Postage is available Australia Wide. We use Australia Post offering a flat rate postage cost of $13.95. Free shipping over $150. 

Australia Post is our preferred shipping company but we also use Sendle/ Aramex for larger parcels. Any orders that won't fit in a 500g, 3kg or 5kg Australia Post box will need to be manually quoted and may incur extra postage costs.

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns and/or refunds will not be accepted due to change of mind.
If an order is returned/not collected/incorrect address and no contact for 28 days, the order will be cancelled with no refund and returned to stock. 

If you place an order using the local pick up code and you are not local to the Whitsundays QLD, you will be invoiced for the shipping costs. If no payment within 48hrs, your order will be cancelled. 

Any cancelled orders will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
